1. Muesli Ball Recipe
Ingredients- 1 cup THC muesli, 3 tbsp jaggery, 2 tbsp wheat germ, 1 tsp honey, ¼ tsp ghee for greasing.
Method-
- Heat a non-stick pan
- add THC muesli, jaggery, honey, and wheat germ mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and allow it to cook slightly. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Stir it in an air-tight container and use it as required.
2. Bread & Muesli Pudding Recipe
Ingredients- 2 bread slices, ½ cup milk, 2tbsp cornflour, 2tbsp jaggery, 2-3 drops of vanilla essence, ¼ cup THC muesli.
Method-
- Combine the milk, cornflour, jaggery, and vanilla essence in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
- Arrange the bread slices on a greased microwave-safe dish now sprinkle the muesli evenly on top of the bread slices.
- Pour the milk mixture over it.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
3. Muesli Fruit Yoghurt Recipe
Ingredients- ½ cup water, ½ cup milk, ½ cup THC muesli, ½ cup hung curd, 1tbsp strawberry crush, 1 apple cut into pieces, ½ banana, 4 tsp raw honey.
Method-
- Combine strawberry crushed and hung curd in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside. In non-stick pan heat water, when warm water adds milk and muesli.
- Stir for 3-4 mins. Transfer to a bowl and cool to room temperature.
- In a serving bowl, place 3-4 banana pieces, 4-5 apple slices, ¼ cup muesli, pour 1tsp honey, and put 2-3 tbsp prepared curd mixture and repeat the same procedure and serve.
